January 19th, 2019 was the date when Bren moved in with me. That was the week when we moved the cats and some of her stuff here, with all of the big furniture coming one week later. So today we’re celebrating one year of living together! I really don’t know what happened to the time, because I couldn’t even imagine that it’s already been a year!

So much has changed the past year, both on a personal level, but also when it comes to what my apartment looks like (in a very positive way). Gradually it’s become our apartment and it really feels like a home now. Especially the living room has undergone a transformation from a bachelor pad to a cosy home library 🙂

One half of the room is now a library filled with books! ^_^

The corner with the couch is much more cosy too! We replaced all the sterile white furniture with Bren’s wooden ones.

And I still have my writing corner! 🙂

Of course, we also have our five lovely cats! Four were Bren’s and I had one of my own. They are getting along with each other a whole lot better now too, after a year. It’s good to see how everything worked out.

Today we’re going to have a nice walk together in the nearby forest. It’s one of the things we enjoy doing together the most. Enjoying nature and each other’s company! 🙂
