Bren and I really love cats, if you hadn’t noticed… 😉 So when we saw the Ultrakatty set at a very reasonable price of only € 18 we decided to adopt yet another feline into our home!

This set is from the LEGO Movie 2 line and it was our very first set of the series. The box contains three bags of bricks, the instruction booklet and a set of stickers!

The first bag contains Warrior Lucy, a Duplo alien and the first part of Ultrakatty’s body! There’s already a lot of spikes on it in this stage of building it, as you can see 🙂

The second bag contains all of the legs for Ultrakatty and they’re very flexible, which means you’ll be able to position Ultrakatty in many different cool poses once she’s done!

The Emmet figure has two different faces. We decided to go for the screaming one, and make the DUPLO alien chase him!

The third and final bag contains the head and tail of Ultrakatty. One of this set’s most awesome features is that you can change Ultrakatty’s face to have three different expressions. They’re all pretty cool, but the raging, screaming face really gets me every time, haha!

We really love this set and it was a lot of fun to build! Ultrakatty has a nice position in our bookcase, guarding the Warrior Cats books! 🙂 Overall building this set was a lot of fun, but the spikes were a bit of a hassle sometimes. That didn’t ruin the rest of the fun, however!
