Seneca’s Stoic quote “We suffer more often in imagination than in reality” highlights the impact of overthinking. Dwelling on future scenarios and past events leads to unnecessary suffering. Overcoming overthinking requires mindfulness and acceptance of the present moment. Letting go of unproductive thoughts promotes peace and contentment.
